Each of the four Floorometry products is manufactured in 18" x 18" modules that are designed to be installed flush to the surrounding floor finish. For use in both new construction and renovation projects with an existing recess, each Floorometry system is designed to install just like tile with epoxy cement. Once installed, the system provides pedestrians with a completely stable, solid feel. All Floorometry products are engineered to handle heavy rolling loads and feature a recess to trap dirt, mud and water, keeping building interiors clean and dry. The top surface can also be removed at any time for thorough cleaning. Floorometry contributes to LEED® credits (IEQc5 & MRc4). Floorometry installs just like tile Floorometry components are delivered fully assembled and are ready to be installed like tile. Simply spread epoxy cement on the sub-floor and set tiles in place. Adhesive Flooring epoxy should be applied with a notched trowel to ensure full bedding of the mud plate. Structural Drain Assembly All Floorometry modules include a structural assembly to provide stability. All assemblies are perforated or slotted to allow dirt and water to fall through to the vapor barrier/bond breaker below.
Page 7Installation Each unit comes fully assembled and ready to be installed. Simply set in place with flooring epoxy or cement. Mud Plate Provides a permanent foundation, keeping Floorometry in place and aligned as it bonds with adhesive. C/S Floorometry ® 101 Geometry for your floor Handsome C/S Floorometry 101 redefines the stainless steel entrance grid. The 101 product is comprised of a series of 18" x 18" flush stainless steel modules that can include geometric shapes. Floorometry 101's standard panel offering comes either with or without a triangular pattern. In addition to the triangular design, Floorometry 101 enables designers the freedom to specify other custom geometries as well as curved and architectural bronze inserts.
